Our new state of the art powder coating system includes a (5) stage wash system which ensures that your parts are properly treated before powder paint is applied. A1’s paint line has a 60” wide x 72” tall x 12’ part length clearance through the system. We have zinc rich primer available (10,000 hour salt spray rated) and multi color capability to meet the strictest requirements. Texture coating is also available on request this gives parts that special look and feel.
